Thirst for water

Tamilnadu a state now a days has to beg water for thirst and irrigation from nearby states -Andhra- Karnataka- Kerala as we have a limited source of water and as neighbors are being narrow minded we are suffering for water. But do you know a fact that ,out of the quantity of sand taken from our rivers we are sending nearly 60% of our sand to the above 3states and mainly to Kerala which has no sand resources The sand to Kerala from Tamilnadu is conveyed through Theree border checkposts as 1) From Nagerkovil To Kerala,2
From Thirunelvelly via Puliyarai checkpost 3)From Kovai via Palakad Even though they are refusing water to uswe are so generous to themAs our waterresources are drying fast we are making them to get dry by escavting sand with out any limit which will deepen our ground water level Every day an approximate quantity of nearly60000 Mt to 75000Mt of sand is escavated from ours to our friendly states constructions
